How we started

THE IDEA WAS
SIMPLE.

Bade Fitness opened in 2019 with one idea: London needed a strength gym that was genuinely good. Not a boutique studio that charged premium prices for generic programming. Not a commercial chain that crammed 400 people into a room of treadmills. A serious facility with proper equipment, periodised programming, and coaches who train themselves.

We took a raw 12,000 square foot industrial unit in Central London and built the gym we wanted to train in. Competition platforms, sleds, a turf track, a dedicated yoga studio, a boxing area, and a recovery zone. The equipment was chosen because it is the right equipment, not because it looks good in photos.

In six years we have grown to over 2,400 members and six specialist coaches. The membership has never been something we have chased. We have prioritised the quality of the experience over the size of the number. We believe the two are related.

How we train

APPROACH.

Every decision we make, from the equipment we buy to the coaches we hire to the way we structure our programming, comes from one question: does this make our members measurably better?

Periodised programming

Random workouts produce random results. Every class sits inside a structured 12-week block designed to produce specific physical adaptation.

Coached, not managed

A coach watches every session. Not to tick a box, but to catch the thing you cannot see in yourself and correct it before it limits you.

Measured progress

You track your numbers. We track your numbers. At the end of every block you know exactly how much stronger, faster, or more capable you are.

Evidence-based decisions

Our programming follows current sports science. When the evidence changes, so do we. We do not hold onto methods because they are familiar.

Recovery comes first

Training is the stimulus. Recovery is where the adaptation happens. We build sleep, mobility work, and planned deload weeks into every programme.

Numbers do not lie

We track lifts, body composition, and performance metrics across every block. Objective data removes guesswork and keeps progress honest.
