Open Gym

Open gym at Bade Fitness gives you access to the full facility outside of scheduled class times. Every piece of equipment, including the platforms, the racks, the sleds, the turf, and the recovery area, is available. A coach is always present for safety and form checks, but this is your session to run.

Flexible scheduling

Train when it suits you, not when a class is on. Open gym runs across most of the day, seven days a week.

Access to kit that most commercial gyms do not have: competition-spec platforms, sleds, turf track, strongman implements.

You are not alone. A qualified coach is always present. Ask for a form check, a spot, or programme advice at any time.

How it goes

Your first weeks

  1. 01

    Access from day one

    Open gym access is included in every membership. No separate booking required, check the app for current occupancy.

  2. 02

    Session planning

    If you arrive without a plan, check the whiteboard. The coach on duty writes a suggested session based on equipment availability.

  3. 03

    Independent work

    Execute your session. Coaches are not actively coaching in open gym, but they are watching and available if you have a question.

  4. 04

    Log your session

    Use the member app to log your session. This data feeds into any coached programme you are running alongside.

  5. 05

    Recovery

    Recovery equipment, foam rollers, massage guns, contrast therapy when available, is accessible in the recovery area during open gym.

Good to know

Is open gym included in my membership?

Yes. All membership tiers include unlimited open gym access alongside class bookings.

Do I need to book?

No advance booking required. You can check live occupancy in the member app and head in when it suits you.

What if I do not know what to do?

Ask the coach on duty. They can suggest a session based on your goals and what equipment is free. Or check the whiteboard suggestion.

Can I bring a non-member guest?

Members can bring a guest to one free trial session per month. Ongoing guest access requires a day pass, available at the desk.

What are the quietest times?

Tuesday to Thursday between 10am and 1pm tend to be the quietest. Mondays at 6am and Saturdays at 9am are the busiest.
