Hyrox is one of the fastest-growing fitness races in the world, and we have been preparing athletes for it since 2022. Our Hyrox programme is not generic conditioning with a Hyrox label on it, it is race-specific work built around the eight stations and the running that connects them.
- → Race-specific training for all eight Hyrox stations
- → Running intervals calibrated to your target race pace
- → Sled push and pull progressions from zero to race load
- → Race simulation sessions at 4, 8, and 12 weeks
- → Nutrition and pacing strategy guidance
- → Entry-level to elite programming tracks available
- → Coached technique on wall balls, burpee broad jumps, rowing, and ski erg
- → Race day preparation and warm-up protocols
Inside the programme
A snapshot of a typical session. Loads, sets and rest are scaled to where you are now, not where someone else is.
Indicative only. Every session is delivered with full coaching and adjusted on the day to your readiness.
What you can expect
Race-ready fitness
Training built around the actual demands of the course, not generic conditioning that happens to include a sled.
Proven results
We have coached over 60 Hyrox finishers. Several members have podiumed in their category.
Race community
Training alongside others chasing the same event creates a specific kind of motivation that is hard to find elsewhere.
Your first weeks
-
01
Race goal session
Tell us your target race and time goal. We set your training paces and loads from that benchmark.
-
02
Baseline assessment
We test your 1km run pace, sled push load, and wall ball capacity to calibrate week one correctly.
-
03
Progressive loading
Each week adds volume or intensity in at least one station. You never repeat the same session twice in the same block.
-
04
Simulation sessions
At weeks 4, 8, and 12 we run full simulations, all eight stations plus running, so you know exactly what race day will feel like.
-
05
Race week taper
The final week before your race is a structured taper that leaves you fresh, sharp, and mentally ready.
Good to know
Do I need to have done a Hyrox race before?
No. We have athletes from their first race through to multiple finishers. The programme adapts to your experience level.
What if my race is only 8 weeks away?
An 8-week block is enough to make a real difference. Tell us at the goal session and we will adjust the periodisation accordingly.
Is running ability important?
It matters, but it is trainable. Many of our athletes improved their 1km run time by 30 seconds or more during the programme.
Can I combine this with Strength classes?
Yes. Many members do both. We coordinate the programming so they complement rather than conflict.
What equipment do I need?
Everything is provided at the gym. For race day we recommend appropriate footwear, we can advise on that.
