About Bade Fitness

We built Bade Fitness because London needed a real strength gym, not a chrome-and-mirror chain, not a HIIT studio. A proper space with proper equipment, coached by people who train themselves.

Small-group coaching

Maximum 14 per class. You will be coached, not counted.

Programme that progresses

Periodised 12-week blocks. Real adaptation, not random workouts.
